School on Wheels continuously works with every principal of the 88 schools affiliated with it to sensitize them to student needs, train them in high teaching standards and help them build a culture of learning and entrepreneurship.

Principals of several schools have stepped up to these challenges and have performed brilliantly under the guidance of the School on Wheels experts. Some have converted student science projects into ventures that benefit the entire school. For example, Kishore-bhai Parmar of the school in Lilisajadiyali village has started a water storage and treatment plant in conjunction with the students and teachers. This plant provides clean drinking water to everyone on the school campus.
