One of the primary deliverables of the School on Wheels program is the training of teachers in the 88 village schools that it reaches out to. It started with training 50 teachers in its first year of operation. Today,the program trains 650 teachers every year, a monumental rise in the number of educators being trained to teach better.

The training of teachers cover the technicalities of effective and innovative teaching, such as the use of charts and props, as well as the mindsets needed to understand students properly and respond to their tasks.
